Our machine

We operate a Fabertech M2 1325 and also have 3D printing capacity.

Materials

We work with a variety of woods, plastics and metals up to the hardness of brass (including aluminium). We can also provide reclaimed pine panels and manufactured boards including melamine. We have experience cutting rigid foam and Medite Extreme Tricoya outdoor MDF.

We can work with coated boards and perform edgebanding.

We cannot work with stone or steel.

Our maximum stock material size is 1400x2600mm

  • Our machine features:

    -12 Revolver tool changer

    -Servo drivers and motors which provide high speeds (idle passes and routing) and can work longer

    -Vacuum table with air cooled air pump

    -Emergency sensors at the end of X and Y axis

    -Heavy duty 30mm trapezoidal runners which can take kinetic loads of 6000kg
